He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?  ~Micah 6:8

Hmmmm, you definitely need to add the sweeter things like strawberries and bananas to even make it remotely palatable. These drinks would certainly give you a ‘lift’ I would imagine, or a boost. That word ‘boost’ sounds familiar, lol… Susan you could have made millions from your little green drink had you gotten in sooner :X-P: lol…

Pfftt! Story of my life…to little, too late. 😉

The sweetness aspect is personal choice though. John likes his rather savoury :-/ but you can also add honey, stevia (or a little sugar if there’s t=nothing in the house), blueberries, or other frozen fruit.

H ave I convinced you to give it a whirl yet? ?:-)

Yep… but I have a nice big fancy juicer in the house, and we had a big juicing season last year. So, I am not unfamiliar with juicing, just got to psych myself up again, lol… not a bad idea though 🙂

Also, whole fresh beetroot is a great boost for the liver, and good for people who have suffered from cancer (my sister told me that one, as she did, and she does juice)… except you would be posting about Red Smoothie drinks instead of green 😉

Oh yes! John loves juice with beetroot in it- loves it. I don’t…it’s a pain to clean up. Thanks for the reminder…I had been meaning to look for some beets at the store but need continual reminders of these things.

    Yeah, I’m inspired!
