Hmmm, I was wondering why my ‘excercise’ regime wasn’t working. Now I know.

Actually, I’ve always been rather fond of running amok. Do you mean to say it hasn’t been burning any calories at all?

  3. Ruby

Yep, looks like my regine is shot, too!
Skipping is about the only one I am not guilty of :-))

I am beginning to think that all forms of exercise are no good! I have never ached so much in all my life as I have since joining Contours. It didn’t help when I got weird ideas in my head about becoming the next Cathy Freeman either……….running has ruined my knees! But I shall continue on, knee replacements or no knee replacements, I shall be a fit young women whatever the cost…..

Love it. I have to be honest… I have definitely done one of those things above at one time in my life.
